We are continuing to work for our clients and their families during this COVID-19 pandemic. We are following the Oregon Health Authority and Department of Human Services guidelines and protocols. These guidelines change the way we work with our clients.
It is our policy to review the Department of Human Services licensing website for information on a provider’s violations and inspections. The licensing office has stated that there has been a reduction in on-site visits to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, they are still investigating the more serious complaints. With that said, the information we generally review may not be as reflective of a provider as it has been in the past.
Currently we are setting up virtual tours and meetings. The guidelines and protocols will continue to evolve depending on the number of cases in our area. We have many trusted partners and resources to connect you with. Our primary goal is and always has been to help seniors and their loved ones find appropriate housing and care to meet each individual‘s specific needs. NW Senior Resources is very respectful of concerns about a move during this COVID-19 Pandemic and welcome your questions as it relates to this evolving situation.
